Because of tedious, time-consuming forms and having to physically appear at several different city, county and state offices, Rhonda Flanagan’s License & Permit Service will complete and submit all required paperwork to the proper entities on behalf of the client in person.

These entities include, but are not limited to, the State Comptroller’s Office, City Secretary’s Office, and County Clerk’s Office then submit to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. This will help the client run their business while the license service handles the application process and will also assist the client with the TABC license and permit rules and regulations.

Rhonda Flanagan’s License & Permit Service will also, assist the client with obtaining; Sales and Use Tax Permits, Lottery Permit, Tobacco Permits, Food Stamp License, and Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) Permit. They will also provide Notary service.
